Cakes Photos and inscription
What are the ingredients in the photo on my cakes
The photo is printed on a sugar film using perfectly healthy and edible edible ink :)
Our pastry chefs then place this film on the cake while decorating it.
What type of photo should I send?
If possible, send us a photo of at least 600X600 pixels, rectangle rather than square and of fairly good quality.
We will make some adjustments before printing the photo if needed and get back to you as needed :)

Can I come and collect my order in person?
Yes, we welcome you from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in our workshop for in-person withdrawals:

Can I receive my cake tomorrow?
Unfortunately, it takes us at least 48 hours to get your cake to you because we don't have any stock, we prepare each cake freshly and DHL deliveries take at least 24 to 48 hours.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The good news is that our cakes can be stored for up to five days at room temperature so you can order it in advance without needing a large fridge to store it, on the contrary, it is better not to put it in the oven. fridge.
Our cakes do not contain any preservatives, however they keep very well at room temperature, because they are all covered with a layer of marzipan.
Do you ship to ALL of the United Kingdom and Ireland?
Yes, absolutely, throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland in 48 hours thanks to our partner DHL!
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We can guarantee you a delivery window from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., however, as cakes can be kept for 5 days at room temperature, you can order a few days in advance and keep the cake at home without having to put it in the fridge. This conservation is explained by the fact that our cakes are covered with a layer of almond paste which preserves their taste for 5 days at room temperature.
My doorbell is broken, my accommodation is difficult to access!
No problem, you can leave us the precise delivery indications for hard-to-reach accommodation (broken bell, intercom code ...) you can even ask to be called 5 minutes before the arrival of the delivery man in order to meet him in the area. street for easier delivery. You can specify all this information in the delivery date field on the product page but also in the comment field at the bottom of the payment page.
How much is shipping ?
Delivery costs 16.9 euros for all our cakes, even the largest :)
This is a fixed price that we negotiate with our DHL delivery partners.
Will the cakes spoil during delivery?
No, our partnership with DHL and Chronofresh includes the delivery of the cakes in fresh packages without returning them or shaking them, the cakes leave our kitchen in perfect condition and reach you in perfect condition, ready to be tasted :) Our cakes can be stored at temperature ambient for 7 days.
Is there a pick-up store near me?
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer collection in stores throughout the UK, only in our workshop in London :(
But we can deliver to you throughout France without any problem if you choose home delivery :)
We also plan to open across France to bring a healthy option to all our supporters.
What is the actual delivery time?
The delay is 48 hours, with 1 day of preparation, so a total of 3 days in all for the cake to reach you. You will receive a message and an e-mail informing you of the exact day of delivery.
You can also choose a 2 hour delivery window by paying a supplement that we donate to DHL and Chronofresh so that they organize the delivery within the specific 2 hour window instead of giving you a full day window.
Can I order 2 months in advance?
Of course, no problem on our side, we will add your order to the preparation program and of course we record the specific delivery date that we will respect without fail.
Composition of our cakes
Are your vegetarian cakes as delicious as cakes containing eggs, butter, milk and gluten?
Good question !
And the answer is: they are even better! But that will of course be up to you to judge :)
We can already assure you that our pastry chefs have worked for a very long time to perfect our vegetarian recipes and create delicious cakes.
You may even prefer our cakes and breads :)
Do your cakes contain animal gelatin?
No, our cakes are 100% vegetarian and contain no animal gelatin or animal products.
Do your cakes contain alcohol?
No, none of our cakes contain alcohol, animal gelatin or animal products :)
Do your cakes contain almonds or nuts?
No, none of our cakes contain nuts.
For example, for our strawberries, we use sugar petals to replace the traditionally used almond petals, the visual is the same without the risk of an allergy attack :)
Do your cakes respect my specific religious diet? (halal, kosher, Hindu ...)
Our cakes respect the hallal or halal diet, the Sati diet which is the Indian and Hindu vegetarian diet, the kosher diet and vegetarianism or veganism resulting from Jainism or jinism.
Are your products all suitable for celiacs and allergic to lactose and eggs without exception?
Indeed, we guarantee 100% that ALL our products are suitable for people allergic to wheat, people suffering from celiac disease and therefore allergic to gluten and people allergic to eggs. We can make this promise because we do not prepare any products in our workshops with gluten, eggs, milk or any animal product, this avoids any possibility of cross contamination. People with allergies will know that cross-contamination is very difficult to avoid for bakeries that make both gluten-free and vegan products AND products containing gluten, which is why we offer NO products containing these allergens.
We are proud to guarantee that this makes our pastry shop one of the few in the UK and Europe to be able to guarantee the absolute absence of gluten, egg and lactose (and any animal products)!
Other questions
I do not see the photos of the assembled parts.
All of our cakes can be made on 1 or 2 floors and the additional floors will be prepared according to the exact style of the first floor.
I would like a custom cake of which I have the photo.
We offer tailor-made, all you need to do is send us directions, and even inspirational photos. However, we advise our customers to choose from our extensive catalog, because tailor-made products entail significant additional costs. (from 139 to 179 euros for a 12-piece cake depending on the level of detail desired)
Do you have other wedding and engagement cake designs?
We know how special your wedding day is, so if our wedding cake designs do not match what you imagined for such a special day then you can send us pictures of the cake you want and we will create it no problem.
It will be delivered to you in perfect condition on the exact day of your choice.
Do you offer the vanilla / strawberry or vanilla / raspberry scent for the cakes?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer these flavors yet because the preparation of vegan and gluten free cake is actually very difficult since we have to make sure that it is as good, and even better than traditional cakes.
We have not yet succeeded in developing a vanilla strawberry or vanilla raspberry cake that is as good as a traditional cake so we prefer to offer you only the two flavors that we have managed to develop for the moment: chocolate / hazelnut and chocolate / raspberry.
Does the ingredient list appear on the box?
