Our 6 guarantees:
1 - Mostly organic ingredients
We mainly use organic ingredients in the preparation of our cakes and pastries in order to avoid the ingestion of multiple pesticides and potentially dangerous chemicals that are still found in far too much of our food.
The only exception is the ink used to print on the organic unleavened sheet that we will affix to some of our cake models, indeed, despite our best efforts, we have not succeeded in creating organic food printing inks giving the same rendering. However, all the cake models are offered to you without printing and therefore 100% organic.
For those who still prefer a printed cake, be aware that printing ink constitutes less than 0.001% of the composition of the cake.
Also know that our pastry chefs continue to experiment and to be the first in the world to create and offer you 100% organic food printing inks.
2 - 100% without eggs
None of our creations contain the slightest trace of egg, neither in the ingredients, nor in the decorations. There is also not the slightest chance of cross contamination since our workshops and pastry robots are used exclusively for making pastries without eggs.
3 - 100% gluten-free
Our cakes simply contain NO traces of gluten. All of our ingredients are certified gluten-free AND without any trace of gluten. This is a very important clarification for people with celiac disease since even minimal traces of gluten from cross contamination (use of pastry robots that have come into contact with ingredients with gluten) can be harmful.
There is no possibility of cross-contamination on our pastry utensils and on our premises, because our pastry chefs only make gluten-free products.
4 - 100% without milk or butter
Milk, lactose, butter and dairy products can be a big annoyance or even a danger for allergy sufferers, which is why our cakes and pastries are made without milk, without butter and without any dairy products.
5 - 100% vegetarian
Whether you are vegetarian for moral or health reasons, rest assured, our cakes and pastries are guaranteed 100% vegetarian so NO animal products are used or even allowed to enter our workshops.
6 - 100% Kosher / Halal / Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist vegetarianism
We also respect most religious restrictions since our cakes are 100% Kosher, Halal and Vegetarian according to Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist vegetarianism. So no trace of alcohol, animal gelatin (pork ...), dairy products ...
